Our shareholders.

ET Marinesysteme was founded in 2001 by the 2 shareholders the German part of EADS (EADS Deutschland GmbH) and the Dutch part of THALES (THALES Nederland B.V.) for what the initials ET stands for. The purpose to found the company ETMS was to improve the successful programmes EADS and THALES work at jointly.

Since January 2007 ET Marinesysteme became a joint venture of the German ATLAS ELEKTRONIK GmbH and THALES Netherland.

ET Marinesysteme combines the strengths and the expertise of THALES Netherland, a renowned international defense system provider and Thyssen Krupp Marine Systems and EADS – the companies behind ATLAS ELEKTRONIK.

ET Marinesystem is therefore the natural reference for governmental contracting authorities, backed by a multinational industrial team of experts. We strive to provide the best solution out of a pool of multinational possibilities.

• Combat Management Systems

  After now fifty years of experience with a blue water navy comprising of mainly frigates and a Baltic Sea navy with fast patrol boats the German Navy combines both experiences with its new K130 class corvettes in order to match with the future challenges.

• RADAR & AIS/ECDIS Integration and Customization

  Customized Integration of AIS/ECDIS. Integration of AIS/ECDIS on more than 100 units of the German Navy with EINS-5 (ETMS Integrated Navigation Suite 2005).

• Combat Systems Software Maintenance

  ETMS is leader of a consortium involved in the development of the German
 Frigate 124 and upgrade and software maintenance of the 
Combat Management System of the program F124.
